With respect to my previous "level the playing field" comment, I neglected 
to include this important quote from Dow Jones:

"Though Mays said Clear Channel 'embraced' new competition, he repeatedly 
urged policymakers at Congress and the Federal Communications Commission to 
'level the playing field' between over-the-air radio broadcasters and other 
types of services that are less regulated."
