[BC] transmitter needs a new home

If anyone on the list knows of a NCE-FM that could us a 20kw transmitter as either a main or backup, contact me off list. I've got one I can donate. It's on pallets, ready to go. All I need is a donation letter from a valid 501(C)3 organization. The rig is old but serviceable, making about 13kw when taken out of service a few months ago.
