I am sure its somewhere in the rules but I cant find it...WHERE in Part 73 does it prohibit separate audio channels on Left and Right in stereo operation (IE: left channel with one broadcast and right channel with something totally different)...a small town FM I know of does this during high school football (2 different games) and I am sure Part 73 prohibits this.
