[BC] Favored UPS units

I'm good with APC for these smaller units. In fact, if I have a favorite, 
they would be the one.

I'm down on Belkin, as a few others have been.

I've got a fairly large one (1400VA) that behaves strangely, and the front 
panel is forever popping off the thing when the cleaner lady comes in and 
taps it with the vacuum.

It always seems to work, but makes wierd noises and does that "cover thing".
