[BC] Jack Format

I would not say that in the least.In some areas, it's the format of choice 
because of the listeners fatigue of 300 song rotation playlists.  Many 
stations here reacted to our "We Play Anything" (SM) format...which did 
just that. Bottom line...it's better to create reaction than react.
