LPFMs can not rebroadcast any terrestrial service, thus a daisy chain
feed system can not be used in the manner you describe, i.e. a
translator feeding the input of an LPFM.  In addition, don't forget that
non-reserved band translators must be fed by an over the air signal.
Thus, satellite, microwave, T1, STL, or any other alternative means is
prohibited. Since most if not all of the translators in the last window
were in the "commercial" band, it could be interesting when the
applications proposed relaying stations thousands of miles away "off
air".
