Someone earlier today had a V chip problem and I accidently deleted the E Mail before thinking (Phat fingers Syndrome) Anyway according the the manual the password can be reset to 0000 by holding the volume down and channel up buttons for 5 seconds.Then the 0000 password can be used to access the menu and make changes.
