[BC] Digital Radio Express

No I believe we are being rightfully cautious.

iBiquity and HD Radio are registered trade marks of iBiquity Digital
Corporation. If one uses their names in a posting that is less than
complimentary then one potentially has opened themselves up to a legal
problem.

Believe me they have and do spend millions on lawyers and I know of at least
two folks there who lurk on the lists, all lists.

So rather than risk a problem of improper use of trade marked names, perhaps
everyone on the list should agree to use Iradio or Hradio to avoid confusion
and the generic IBOC when they mean the generic IBOC.

A thought
Ernie

For the record, I understand FMeXtra works with the DRM as well.
