>From what I've read, it looks like they're looking at other methods of
spreading emergency info including use of cellular voice and text
messaging. One idea is to use e911 location information to direct
emergency info to the people that are actually in the area of the
emergency. I think they may also change links to NWS transmitters, but I
have not heard of any changes on the broadcast end of things.
