[BC] No-code Amateur license

I use it all of the time.  It is especially good for Aurora Conditions, 
EME, VHF/UHF DXing, contesting, and normal every day QSOs.

Efficient is fine, but CW still offers the ability to get a signal through 
when most other modes cannot.
