Reminds me of all the air names that Dr. Johnny Fever had on his coffee mug
on
WKRP In Cincinnati.

One's I remember:

Dr. Johnny Fever
Johnny Duke
Johnny Style
Heavy Early 
Johnny Sunshine

The premise was that every time there was a bad ratings book Johnny would
change his name!
As he put it: "whenever there was a bad ratings book...new name!!" :-)

 Worst one I EVER heard was a guy calling himself "Joe Momma"
 on a white rocker in Akron, Oh.....

 Kinda like Starlene Stringer on a couple stations in Dallas !
