So does Michigan. But they're quite a bit further west, so the sun goes 
down almost an hour later there. That's one reason why there's a push on 
now to make most of Indiana observe CST/CDT instead of EST next year. IIRC, 
sunrise in South Bend in December comes sometime *after* 8 AM right now.
