iBiquity has some pages dedicated as well but there's a lot of hype (which 
of course is why they have the pages;)

Google HD Radio and you'll come up with a few things. Broadcast Electronics 
has some
white papers (if you really want to get technical) on their site with in 
depth explanations http://www.bdcast.com/HDRadio/
