[BC] Pure Text Email reader AND Physical Security Software

Hi everybody,

This is a little off topic but is related to my business and in the future
to site security systems.

I am trying to send pictures from a nifty security webcam program to my
Verizon picture phone. When the security software (IRCAS) sends even a
plain text alarm message to my vzwpix.com account, it bounces with an
error: "Error: WAP Encoding Error". When I use it to send the same email
to Verizon's text only service (vtext.com) it works fine. When I send from
ANY other program to the vzwpix.com account everything works fine. When I
send email FROM IRCAS to ANY other client it works fine. The only problem
is from IRCAS to vzwpix.com.

Verizon has no idea what the error is nor what is causing it.

The developer is working on the problem but doesn't see any difference or
problem with the raw email output of IRCAS. I was looking for a way to
analyze the pure text version of the email to see if there was something
there that he wasn't seeing.

Any suggestions?

The IRCAS software is the only reasonably cheap ($50) application that I've
found that combines video capture/streaming and contact closure
monitoring. I have copies of several similar webcam programs that don't
monitor contact closures. Of course they all send pictures to my phone
perfectly.

Thanks in advance (again),
