[BC] Gas Prices

My fuel bills are a lot higher than they had been a year ago, and now 
they're climbing again. I put on nearly 2100 miles per month on average at 
about 20mpg on average, and yes, gas prices jumped again yesterday. We were 
already on the high side, so it was only a nickel where I live in southern 
MN.
