[BC] How the KOB decision affected WABC

Originally KWSC signed off Thursday nights and did not broadcast at all on 
Sundays.   Those where the times when the First Presbyterian Church,  turned 
on KTW.

KRSC was on 1150 and 1090 was the station that was purchased and the call 
letters were changed to KING.
