Does anyone know if WITF 89.5 Harrisburg Pennsylvania is 
using IBOC?  I know what it sounds like on AM but I don't 
know what it sounds like on FM.  There is quite a racket on 
either side of 89.5 here causing some interference to 89.1 
WETH.  The noise sounds a little like line noise that is 
often heard on AM but I don't recall ever hearing this kind 
of noise on FM.
