Now reduced to 0 kW, ND (and NT - no tower!)

They moved to FM a few years back, and the channel has not been reused as 
yet in Canada. CHUC 1450 Cobourg ON (right across the lake from me) had 
been approved to go to 1580 with, IIRC, 10 kW DA-1, but never built that 
facility and instead recently applied for and was granted a kilowatt or so 
at 107.9 FM.
