Oh looking at their FCC filings on CBDS, it does appear that they've
had some Washington legal help in the past...though by the same token 
looking at their past, perhaps they've not consulted their legal
counsel as much as warranted in the past.

Still...stations have been sold on ebay...or though local real 
estate agents in the past...or even given away on MTV. Its still a 
legal process to transfer the license...and something that does come
up sooner or later.

(even through a regular station "broker", the FCC thing is assumed)
