[WATN] sad news on Ray Topp

I learned today from his widow the sad news that Ray had passed away early this month. 

Ray was a station owner, then publisher of Radio Guide for some 40 years.

The December 2022 issue of Radio Guide was the last one. There will be no further issues. 

I really enjoyed working closely with Ray from 2002 to 2008 when he asked me to edit Radio Guide. And, when we started the Transmission seminars, Ray was instrumental in support. 

We'll miss Ray a lot.
