This presumes the offending entity is still in existence after our B-1's
and B52's bomb them into oblivion. Never mind anyone else who who is
damaged and chooses to respond accordingly.

I won't say "nuke them" as the collateral damage to surrounding innocents
(both people and countries) may be severe. Such as in the Korean
Peninsula. But that is a very salient point to consider.

This leaves all the spies and hackers in Moscow ROTF as they can do
whatever they choose given the USA's top intelligence efforts are focused
on someone/something other than them. Here's hoping there are some folks
who are not ADD in the White House and at the CIA.
