[Tech-Assist] STL problem now critical

This may seem counter intuitive, but if the tower(s) is(are) lit and 
each end visible from the opposite, aiming them at night could use the 
dead reckoning method noth available during the day. Even the slightest 
hint of known light is sufficient for visual aiming.
