If the boresite angle of each dish can be measured, then the FCC's "tool" at 
the URL below will show the directions needed for the path.

Example:

Distance between

N Latitude 39 44 0.00, W Longitude 89 0 0.00 (Point 1)

Azimuth from point 1 to point 2 = 289.48°
Azimuth from point 2 to point 1 = 108.84°
