[Tech-Assist] STL problem now critical

After five years of looking at a STL transmit dish that I just "KNEW"  
was pointed wrong, I did the azmuth between the sites and used the US  
Navy sun-angle website to find the time of day that the sun was  
in-line with the sites.
( much better than a compass )

Sure enough, the transmit antenna was pointing around 190 degrees instead of
260 degrees ......... doubled the uv reading on the receiver when I  
pointed the feed support into the sun..

Next day, I did a reverse sun-angle and the receive antenna was  
pointing too far to the south.    Again , correctly pointed, I doubled  
  the uv reading on the receiver.

The original installer must have found a good reflector , or the side  
lobes were aligned with each other.
