[Tech-Assist] STL problem now critical

Back in the fall we had "hits" on a digital 951 who's path was 10  
miles long, and both ends in  rural areas with farmland between.

No particular pattern and the stl receiver would mute for 20 seconds  
to as much as two minutes .

Whatever it was, it went away ... no luck in being at the transmitter  
during a failure.

Intermittents are a b#^*h !!!
