That's a good start. Just taking "internet values" for 7/8" coax loss,  
and plugging in the numbers it looks like the power (F) and power (R)  
at the antenna would be somewhere around 1.6f and 0.9r. You did say  
this is on 950mhz, is that correct?? These numbers would  
(approximately) give 6w(f) and 0.15w(r) down at the building.

I would think that the focal point should be figured the same as a  
satellite antenna. For comparison purposes if you like, I have a 10  
(2ghz) Andrew dish in the backyard (yes, wife was impressed...) and  
the feed point is (I think I recall this correctly) about 29".

If you want further comparison, I can confirm more carefully late this  
afternoon.
