WiMax can be any one of a few differing services. Including new 700Mhz or
3 Ghz. You need to make sure the dish is dead nuts one.  Also have them
pull the plug to do a test. If they're creating problems and using 2.4Ghz,
then it's their problem to fix.  Part 15 can not create interference to
any licensed services and you're a licensed downlink user.  if they're
3Ghz, that might be a bit harder to press as I believe those links are
licensed.
