early Marti mobile remote set ups

they had the typical M-30 or M-30B transmitter and a VHF receiver

the one I'm thinking of was about the size of a kid's lunchbox and used a 
string of 6AU6's

chrome perforated housing, volume and squelch control, that was it

anyone recall who made it ?  'Sonar' comes to mind

or even better, anyone have one propping up the corner of something ?
