One engineer had a wind issue which turned out to be the STL rx antenna reflector rods rattling. Properly soldering the aluminum rods solved the problem. Any loose hardware in/near the vicinty of the FM antennas can cause spikes and spurs. Ensure solid mechanical and electrical bonds on all hardware.
