It is grounded grid and I've tuned up several CCA/CSI transmitters, so this
one wasn't extreme looking, but it did have the caps and I don't know what
frequency it was on originally.

Actually its cathode feed. Just went threw this with a csi transmitter that
was at 90.1 and I had to bring it up to 104.7 it was fun.....
