I've got it tuned to 90.1 through the driver into the PA grid.  I have tuned
the PA grid for minimum reflected back to the driver, but I am not getting
any RF out.  The PA tuning and loading is controlled by electric 115VAC
motors and the loading motor has failed.  It appears that this unit must
tune pretty well over the entire band, but I would like to find a starting
point in particular with the loading (there are a couple of vacumn caps in
the loading circuit that I might have to change).  There are also some
metering issues that I sure could use a schematic to troubleshoot with.  The
loading motor tried to work originally but failed.  I'm not sure if it's the
motor or capacitor or something in the control circuit.
