Hi Dave,

1. We put up the ETRS deadlines repeatedly on the BDR: 
https://www.thebdr.net/latest-eas-news/ and in the weekly newsletter: 
https://thebdr.net/newsletter/

2. The email address for FCC communication - but they do not send out 
all their information/Public Notices - is in the LMS, and is supposed 
to be updated any time there is a change at a given station. (Contact 
information is also the "reason" for Form One, which is largely 
duplicating what the LMS could/should do. ) Checking the Daily Digest 
is one way to stay current. And, yes, a communications attorney is 
another option.
