[EAS] FEMA RWT 3/24?

Going over my logs today and didn't see a FEMA RWT on 3/24/25.  I'm in the CA Bay Area.  Did anyone else not get this?  I haven't seen any notices about it.  Come to think of it, it looks like we didn't get one today either.  Perhaps something else is wrong...
