[EAS] EAS forwards in Texas flooding

Is there any news reporting on the extent to which radio stations covering the areas affected by the floods actually forwarded EAS weather alerts to listeners?

It is my understanding that there is no data on broadcaster forwarding of EAS alerts (not tests) generally. This from the IPAWS Director. I am not referring to data gathered by FCC ETRS, which seems concerned with tests and preparedness, and does not inquire into actual daily EAS forwarding.
