I see it on all my stations in LA and our station in Houston @same time. So its widespread. Ive seen it happen every once in awhile. Probably a Windows update on the IPAWS server?????? or internet outage at the IPAWS HQ. It's in your logs, so nothing else really to do. And it's back up. Im not concerned.
