[EAS] IPAWS RWT April 17th?

Hi,

In looking over my logs from last week, I noticed an RWT on April 17th at 11:11am from KCBS (LP1), but the originator was United States Government (PEP) instead of the usual Civil Authority (CIV) that we get weekly.  Did anyone else get this?  I don't believe I've ever seen one of these before.  I wonder if this is going to be a new regular occurrence?  Just curious...
