[EAS] [EXT] The FEMA Channel on Premiere as a National Source

I monitor it here for an LP1.  I routed an output of the Axia network to an input on the Sage.  Sits on the FEMA channel except the 4 hours a day that it is used for a show.  Have only seen a test once, the NPT last fall.

After the WWO XDS shutdown at the end of May, I plan to use one of the now abandoned XDS receivers as a full time FEMA source on Premiere.
