[EAS] another EAS tone deal

NBC News just published a report - available on youtube - where a brief but recognizable set of tone accompanied a story on AM radio being pulled from cars.

Interestingly, the main station featured is KSCO, the station in California that may end up having to shut down after operating at variance for something like 30 years.
