Yep, invalid it was!
I noticed during my review of last weeks' EAS activity log that our decoder rejected it due to an invalid digital signature.

I based my response last week on the email I got from our decoder, but that email appears to have already been emptied out of the deleted folder (it figures).
I wanted to look at it again to see if the fact that the test was invalid was indicated in the email, but looks like that's not going to be possible this time.
