[EAS] Viavi/Trilithic Update v23.02.01

[KALX Engineering]

For those of you in Viavi/Trilithic land (is there anybody out there?), they have just released software upgrade version 23.02.01 that makes their EAS boxes compliant with the new FCC requirements.  I installed it on our EASyCAP B3030 today and it went off without a hitch!
