[EAS] Vermont floods - how is EM holding up?

I grew up next to Waterbury. Areas are still flooding but the sun is out so recovery. Levels are at or above Irene in 2011 but below the historic 1927.
Photos shows considerable flooding of streets, homes, road wash outs and vehicles in water especially central Vermont (Montpelier to Waterbury).
Click on the purple river gauges to monitor. 5 to 8 inches of rain in the hardest hit areas. Rivers have either crested or about to.
