I guess I need to take that back. It appears that the state DPS decided to run an RWT for the "Emergency Activation System" at 10:30 this morning.... just 30 minutes after the FEMA test.

A civil authority has issued A REQUIRED WEEKLY TEST for the following counties or areas: Arizona; at 10:33 AM on JUL 3, 2023 Effective until 10:48 AM. Message from IPAWSCAP. 
The Arizona Department of Public Safety is conducting a required weekly test of the Emergency Activation System. This is only a Test.
