[EAS] Monday RWT

FEMA sent a notice on 1/10 stating the Jan. 9th IPAWS/CAP Test (for ALL time zones) ...."was not sent properly"....
No reason was given.....Not that I expected one....!!!:(
Let's see if they "get it right" today (1/16)......
NOTE: The PACIFIC Time Zone Test MAY not be sent, due to the ongoing flood alerts there.....
