[EAS] Was the IPAWS Monday test sent?

FEMA has posted that the IPAWS test for Monday, January 9, 2023 "did not run properly".....
These test are (normally) run on Mondays at ~ 11:00 AM LT.
FEMA has missed 2 of the last 4 tests!!
