Barry--
As near as I can tell, we didn't receive the IPAWS weekly test in Nevada,
California, and Hawaii. I don't know about Washington and Oregon, I don't
have anything in those states, but that would be the PST and HST time zones.
The weather may have something to do with it. FEMA may have decided not to
overload EAS with tests because we are getting pounded by the Pineapple
Express and activations for flash floods, floods, and avalanche/mudslides.
Just a guess...
