Barry, et. al,
I did read something today reposted from Radio Ink. Apparently the 
manager of 6 stations on Maui was interviewed and he said he was begging 
"local officials" for information to broadcast. He eventually got it, 
but their initial go-to was to send people to a website...only problem 
was there was NO INTERNET!!!

You can lead people to wisdom, but you can't make them think.
