[EAS] FEMA RWTs

I've heard that the FEMA RWTs that were sent out on 3/27 and today (4/3) should have used a valid digital signature. Alas, my Viavi/Trilithic box is telling me that the signature failed verification. This leads me to ask a few questions:
1. Anyone out there care to verify that their non-Viavi/Trilithic boxes are confirming a valid signature?
2. Is there anyone else out there with a Viavi/Trilithic box? (I often feel like we're the only station that has one...). If so, what is it saying about the last two FEMA RWTs?
3. Did something change about what should constitute a valid signature? Back before this whole kerfuffle with FEMA being unable to issue proper RWTs, my box was properly confirming FEMAs signature. Perhaps Viavi's latest software update broke something about their certificate? Perhaps Viavi needs to issue some sort of update or fix?
Thanks for indulging me,
Greg
