[EAS] iPAWS stream on the web?

Roy--
Not all of us (EAS Chairs) have the luxury of working at a radio or TV
station! Gray-haired retired broadcasters need alternatives. Fortunately,
our years of experience come in handy for doing this...all the Nevada CAP
activities get dumped into a special email account. It's been very helpful
for tracking down problem tests and activations.

That is good to know. The way I keep an eye on things currently is by having
my local station Sage Endec set up for "log only" on all CAP messages in
Kansas and email me those messages.
