The RWT resumed from SiriusXM today (they stopped weekly tests 
when SiriusXM obtained a testing waiver from the FCC)...

Decoded as: A broadcast or cable system has issued A REQUIRED WEEKLY TEST 
for the following counties or areas: District Of Columbia/Washington DC; 
at 2:16 PM on JAN 27, 2022 Effective until 3:16 PM. Message from XMSR.
Total EAS FSK+Audio Duration: 10.84 seconds

The RWT did not include an audio component (attention signal or audio 
message).  The AFSK modem tones appeared to be about the same level as the 
barker channel's program audio level.

Now that NPR squawk and SiriusXM barker channel have RWTs, no word whether 
Premiere Networks will join them with routine tests.
