[EAS] SiriusXM to start weekly tests RMT’s) on Jan. 27

I hope you mean RWTs, but assuming so, that would be GREAT news!  I 
first installed my Sirius XM receiver several weeks ago and have only 
received one test since... makes it hard to have enough confidence in 
them as a source to recommend to others in  my state.  What would be 
even better is if they included a short voice message with that RWT to 
improve on the thoroughness of the test... and to help with setting 
audio levels.  Since this isn't about testing human originators (I 
assume)... a routine scheduled time would be helpful for level setting.  
Assuming Sirius takes the time to set the voice level appropriately...
